Concept and
Budget Planning

We will work with both clients and designers to look at the most cost-effective methods to deliver the desired outcomes. We use a Quantity Surveyor to prepare initial budgets and we work through these to get an understanding of the costs. As renovations can be difficult to give fixed costs on, we work closely to inform clients of costs and changes as soon as they occur.

Developing
your Design

During the design process it's important to remember that this is your project and it should be made up of as many of your ideas as possible. The clearer you are on what you want in terms of the size, style, cladding and finishing materials the better. A clear design plan from the get go can substantially reduce unexpected costs.
